AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS
APPLICATION & APPROVAL
Affiliates submit an application and requested rider code. Approval, commission rate, code availability, and ongoing participation are at Turfmoto’s discretion. A requested code is not active until an administrator approves it.
TRACKING & COMMISSIONS
A commission is recorded only after a valid, completed order uses the approved code. Cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, or refunded orders do not earn commission; related pending commission records may be reversed. Dashboard figures are estimates until payout is marked paid.
PROMOTION RULES
Be truthful. Do not impersonate Turfmoto, use misleading claims, buy through your own code without written approval, spam, bid on restricted trademark terms, or publish unsafe riding guidance. Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.
PAYOUTS
Payout details are collected for administration. The administrator reviews approved commissions and handles payout method, thresholds, tax reporting, and timing outside the automated storefront. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
