These storefront policies explain how Turfmoto handles your order and information. Contact support@turfmoto.com with any questions.
SHIPPING.
We currently ship physical parts within the United States. Standard shipping is $9.95, or free when the physical-parts subtotal is $150 or more. Digital courses do not count toward the free-shipping threshold and have no shipping charge. Delivery estimates and tracking are provided once your order is dispatched; availability and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
PARTS & RETURNS.
Contact support within 30 days of delivery to request a return for an unused, uninstalled part in its original condition and packaging. Obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Payment-provider processing times vary.
Check model, year, and measurements before ordering. Use a qualified mechanic when appropriate. Follow manufacturer torque specifications and all safety guidance.
DIGITAL COURSE ACCESS.
The Wheelie Blueprint is a one-time purchase tied to your signed-in account. Lessons unlock after payment confirmation. “Lifetime access” means access for the operating life of the Turfmoto course service, subject to these terms. Personal use only; do not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display the course.
If you have trouble accessing purchased lessons or feel the course is not suitable, contact support within 14 days. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer law; a refund is not guaranteed. A refunded course loses access.
RIDING & SAFETY.
Riding and stunt practice carry a risk of serious injury or death. Educational material cannot evaluate your readiness, replace qualified in-person instruction, eliminate risk, or guarantee results. Wear appropriate protective equipment, maintain your bike, ride within your ability, obey local laws, and use only a safe area where you have permission. Never practice in public traffic. Stop if you are tired, impaired, injured, or unsure.
YOUR PRIVACY.
We store the information needed to operate your account, save learning progress, answer messages, and fulfill orders. This includes account identifiers, contact information, shipping addresses, purchase records, and course progress. Supabase handles authentication. Stripe processes payments; Turfmoto does not store your full payment-card number or security code.
Essential session cookies support sign-in. Your shopping bag is saved in your browser’s local storage. Newsletter signup is optional. We do not sell personal information. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or newsletter removal. Some order records may need to be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations.
PAYMENTS & TERMS.
Prices are in US dollars. Final prices and availability are verified on the server before payment. Orders are accepted only after successful payment processing. If stock becomes unavailable during confirmation, we will refund the affected order rather than substitute an item without permission. We may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts, consistent with applicable law.
These policies do not limit statutory rights. The shop owner should review legal, tax, delivery, and consumer-rights requirements for their jurisdiction before accepting live transactions.
