PHYSICAL PARTS
Contact support within 30 days of delivery for an unused, uninstalled part in original condition and packaging. Obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds return to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank. We do not substitute a product or modify an order without your permission.
DIGITAL COURSE
The Wheelie Blueprint unlocks after payment confirmation and is tied to your account. Contact support within 14 days if you have an access problem or believe the course is not suitable. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law; a refund is not guaranteed. A refunded course loses access.
